Advanced care planning (2 hours) 

A good death includes good planning. Together, we will look at the options available when it comes to advanced care planning. This is not just a conversation about what you want to happen in case you are incapacitated. This is an exploration of how you want the end of your life to ideally be. We work together to create an understandable plan should someone else have to make decisions for you. This is a gift to your loved ones as there is nothing more stressful than having to guess what someone would want. When complete, you will have a notarized plan that can be shared with your loved ones.

1:1 Companioning (1-2 hours)

Many people who experience the death of a loved one desire to process all that happened. There is sense to be made in every death, lessons we want to uncover. 1:1 companioning here does just that.
